How it held up
Head unit died at thirty-eight months. $2,140 for the unit plus $380 labour out of warranty. Four hundred posts about it on the owners' forum going back to 2019.
Necessary vs not
Paint protection $1,290, extended warranty $2,400, gap policy $1,100, all in the back office. Took none. The factory tow pack is the one to take: retrofitting a mate's ran past $4,000 with the wiring.
