2. Sixty-one objections and it was settled before the panel met: the ward councillor and the planning director had spoken. The meeting changed one condition on construction hours.

3. Eleven inspections on my job, four on my neighbour's near-identical one. Different private certifier, different relationship with the council's surveyor.
